Purchasing artwork:
If you are interesting in purchasing artwork direct from me please contact me via email : This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it   stating the work you are interested in and your location and I will confirm with you full details of the cost of the work and agree shipping with you.

Once the total price has been agreed you will receive an invoice by email for this full amount.

Our preferred method of payment is Paypal. Paypal is an easy and secure payment process that includes anti-fraud measures and provides both seller and purchaser comfort in ensuring the purchase is hassle free.

You do not need to have a Paypal account to do this. You can make a payment using any credit or debit card and Paypal will do the rest.

If you prefer not use Paypal please advise me in your email and we can discuss alternative payment methods.


Shipping cost:
Original works can be shipped to you or could even be collected if that is more convenient. In all cases where the item is shipped to you reputable Courier services are used and agreed in advance.
Where works are being shipped internationally, calculating the most appropriate shipping may take a day or two, however we will be in contact with you throughout the entire process.

Shipment:
Wherever possible we will provide a tracking number so you are able to track the shipment online. The length of time for shipping varies based on your location. Occasionally, where work is included in an exhibition (this will be shown on the details of the work online) it cannot be shipped until the exhibition ends. With any unusual circumstances we will make sure to keep you informed and will not send you an invoice until everything has been confirmed with you about the shipment.

Certificate of Authenticity:
All orignial artwork is shipped with a Certificate of Authenticity, signed by myself and describing the work purchased.

Finalising:
Once we confirm that you have received the artwork (either by online tracking or direct contact from you) you have three business days to notify us of any problems. If you are unhappy with the artwork or if there are any discrepancies please notify us within three business days. After three business days of confirming receipt of artwork we will consider the sale final.

Returns:
If you are unhappy with the artwork, please contact us. If you wish to return an item you first need to inform us within three business days. We will discuss with you the most appropriate way to do this.

You will be responsible for re-packaging the artwork in the original package it arrived in and send it back to us. Once we have confirmed that we have received the artwork back in good condition (either by online tracking confirmation or with direct communication with you) we will arrange repayment to you for the total original charge less an agreed administration fee.
